The September 18th Entertainment Weekly had an article about Josie Bissett,

Luke Perry and Sharon Lawrence returning to their respective shows this

season.  It basically stated how their projects away from The Place, 90210

and NYPD Blue failed miserably.

The same issue also gave a sneak peek at Laura Leighton's new character on

90210, Sophie Burns, who makes her first appearance on season premiere on

September 16th on Fox.

The September 10th Soap Opera Digest On-Line had an in-depth interview with

Steve Wilder.  He says his character, Alex Bastian, is a high fashion

designer he likens to Giorgio Armani or Calvin Klein.  He says Alex will try

to break up Michael and Jane.

And finally, if any cares, Linda Gray, who played Amanda's mom, Hillary

Michaels, on The Place, celebrated a birthday on September 12th.  She turned

58.
