Melrose Encyclopedia
Locations

  • Amanda Woodward Advertising (AWA) - Owned and run by Amanda, this miraculous company finds a job for pretty much any new character on the show with a pulse.

  • Burns-Mancini a.k.a. "Burns/Mancini/Your-Name-Here". The private practice owned and run by Peter and Michael, and, for a short-time, Coop. Has the distinction of having all but one of Michael's ex-wives at a receptionist as one time or another.

  • D & D Advertising - The original advertising company, it's where Alison worked and how her co-worker Amanda was introduced. Other notable employees are Billy, Brooke and Craig.

  • "DisGraceland" - Nickname for Alex Bastian's mansion

  • Hart-Mancini - Fashion company co-owned by Richard Hart and Jane Mancini. Stayed in business less than 3 months.

  • Kyle's Restaurant - The only restaurant in town. All of the characters eat here or order takeout from here virtually every night.

  • Melrose Place (MP, 4616) - The apartment complex, previously owned by Amanda, now owned by Lexi, where most characters live at some point or another, located at 4616 Melrose.

  • "Narcotic Condo" - Nickname for the condo where Peter and his valium-addicted girlfriend, Lexi, lived.

  • "SS Idiocy" - Nickname for yacht Lexi purchased shortly after her re-marriage to Coop. Same place where Coop later tried to throw her overboard.

  • Shooters - A bar previously owned by Jake, it employed practically everyone that D&D/AWA didn't. Sold when Jake left the show.

  • Sterling/Conway - Previously owned and run by Thomas Sterling, Lexi's father. We have no idea what Sterling/Conway used to be, but now it's a newly revamped advertising agency, run by Lexi.

  • The Upstairs - Originally a jazz club, now a club that features whatever band Spelling and company want to promote at the moment. Upstairs is the only place to go get a drink in town now that Shooters is out of commission.

  • "Urkel Institution" - Nickname for rehab where Kyle was hospitalized for drug addiction.

  • Wilshire Memorial - The only hospital in town where all the doctors on the show work.
